kurotana.gg is a platform for anime figure and manga collectors. The Service allows users to browse a catalog of figures and manga, track their collections, manage wishlists, view collection statistics, and share their collections via public profiles.

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice. Data stored locally in your browser is your responsibility to back up.

3. User Accounts

The Service currently operates without user accounts. Your collection data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. When user accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights

By submitting content to public areas of the Service (such as public profiles or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the Service.

Our content: the kurotana.gg platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Product images, figure names, manga titles, and related media displayed on kurotana.gg may be copyrighted by their respective manufacturers, publishers, and rights holders. These materials are displayed for informational and catalog purposes under fair use principles. kurotana.gg does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of catalog information, pricing data, or exchange rates displayed on the platform. Collection values shown are estimates for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kurotana.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Paid Services (Future)

We plan to offer premium subscription tiers in the future. When paid services are introduced, specific pricing, billing terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies will be published and added to these Terms. Payments will be processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you will agree to the applicable subscription terms at that time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
